....where "just Horsin' around in Pelham" is our pass-time and we hope to make it yours as well.
For years now, Saturn Stables has been riding their horses to Henry of Pelham Winery for lunch and in some cases, just to buy a bottle of wine. This year, we are offering this experience to the general public.
Starting at our farm, we ride through the Short Hills Provincial Park to Henry of Pelham Winery. We then dismount and have lunch and sample the wine, then return to Saturn Stables through the Vineyard and Short Hills Provincial Park. A great way to enjoy an afternoon.
ADVANCED BOOKING REQUIRED
We meet at Saturn Stables at 11:00 am, groom and tack the horses, ride through the Short Hills Provincial Park (takes about 1 hour through the Park).
Once at Henry of Pelham we secure and settle the horses and settle in for lunch and a sample or two of wine (included in price). We enjoy lunch, learn about the winery and talk with all the people that come to visit the horses - you wouldn't believe how many have never seen a horse up-close before! When lunch is complete we leave for the return trip to Saturn Stables, via the vineyard and then Short Hills Provincial Park. The afternoon is 4-5 hours of enjoyment.

To ride our horses to the winery, please see information below:
• Advanced booking required.
• Long-pants recommended
• Shoes or boots with a minimum 1/2" heel (no running shoes or open toe shoes)
• Helmets will be provided
and must be worn to ride the horses, regardless of age.
• Must be 19 years of age or older.
• Waiver of liability must be completed for each person riding
• weight restriction of 250lbs.
