Welcome to Saturn Stables of St. Catharines!
....where "just Horsin' around in Pelham" is our pass-time and we hope to make it yours as well.
Located on the Niagara Escarpment, just minutes from St. Catharines, Welland, Fonthill and Vineland, and just 20 minutes from Niagara Falls. The Bruce Trail divides our property, and when riding in our huge sand ring, you get a beautiful and nature-filled view. It's not uncommon to be sharing the riding area with the local deer population -- and there are a lot of them. Don't worry the horses are accustomed to the deer!
We offer boarding, riding lessons, public trail rides, horse camps (March Break, Summer & Christmas), birthday parties, clinics and more.
Calendar of Events
Our riding lessons are small groups, quite often private lessons. We teach both english and western disciplines and compete at the shows. We specialize in beginner riders - child to adult. Come meet our horses and ponies -- we're sure you'll fall in love with one of them.
Our trail rides to Henry of Pelham Winery are quite popular for the adults and tourists - it's a great opportunity to ride a horse, experience nature, enjoy a vineyard tour, have lunch and sample the local wine, all in one afternoon. What more can you ask for?
And for those interested in showing, we go to the shows as well. Western, Hunter and Jumper shows are all part of our plan each year. Be sure to visit the show pages to see what our students are doing.
